Cheil Dallas serves as the lead agency for all Samsung projects in North America and is located at Legacy Central in Plano, Texas. The Role
- Be the point of contact for the day-to-day clients and work with agency account leadership to deliver operational excellence, speed to market, resource optimization, and profitability management.
- Thoroughly understand client briefs, communicate to the internal agency team and deliver exceptional output to the clients while having an eye on larger business challenges to bring new solutions outside of the ask.
- Serve as the project lead for assigned lines of business, overseeing both small and large scale projects, sometimes with minimal oversight from agency leadership.
- Manage client objectives, expectations and timelines and communicate with clients and agency teams.
- Be the brand steward, knowing the intricate details of the guidelines and standards of the brand.
- Own the project management workflow, overseeing the efficiency and quality of work.
- Effectively run client meetings and lead internal agency team meetings.
- Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans.
- Manage and mentor junior team members to support their development.
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, and related fields preferred.
- Must have 4+ years of client-facing advertising agency experience managing the creation and delivery of great work (broadcast and/or experiential production, CRM, social, etc.).
- Demonstrable knowledge of client and agency operations.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Passionate about the business, the people, and the work.
- Dedicated and positive.
- Able to work on-site at the Plano, Texas office: 4-5 days per week (Monday – Friday) for client projects that require on-site networking and collaboration. There could be periods of time with a more flexible hybrid schedule depending on project demands and timelines.
