White Water Express Car Wash invites candidates for the General Manager role. This position leads day‑to‑day operations, drives revenue growth, ensures operational efficiency, and fosters a positive team culture with a focus on safety and service excellence.

The General Manager reports directly to the Area Director and is responsible for the overall performance and operations of a White Water location. Key responsibilities include leading staff development, upholding safety and service standards, and managing all aspects of financial and operational success.

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop outstanding team members while managing performance and retention.
• Deliver a safe, clean, 5‑star experience for customers and employees from drive‑up to drive‑out.
• Address and resolve customer and employee concerns while promoting a respectful environment.
• Educate customers on wash products, packages, memberships, and promotions to support satisfaction and sales.
• Create and communicate schedules for daily and weekly operations.
• completion of all maintenance tasks, store cleanliness, and compliance with site standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment and partner with Facilities and IT resolve issues quickly.
• Uphold company policies and enforce safety protocols across all operations.
• Drive revenue growth through team development and effective customer interactions.
• Utilize KPI tools to increase membership revenue and retention.
• Manage controllable costs with the support of the Area Director and Business Intelligence dashboards.
• Perform payroll tasks, including reviewing and approving employee hours and ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Handle hiring, training, performance management, and employee development.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and compliance standards to maintain operational consistency and legal adherence.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.

• Education
  :
  High school diploma or equivalent required. A combination of experience and education will be taken into consideration.
• Experience
  : 1–3 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or another fast‑paced environment. Car wash experience is not required. Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Skills & Abilities
  :
  Strong leadership and management capabilities with proven sales acumen. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with conflict‑resolution abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and POS systems. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Physical Requirements
  :
  Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, humidity). Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability
  :
  Flexibility to work 45–50 hours per week, adjusting as needed to meet business demands.

• Base salary ranging from $50,000 to $55,000 + bonus potential up $17,500
