We are partnering with a respected, family-owned $1B distributor with nearly 100 years of history. As Accounting Manager, you’ll lead a small team of 3, improve close processes, strengthen reconciliations, and partner directly with senior leadership. Your work will be seen and appreciated.

• Lead and develop a 3-person GL team
• Drive month-end close, accuracy, and reconciliation quality
• Reduce close times through process improvement
• Analyze results and communicate insights to leadership
• Support branches and cross-functional partners

• Strong GL experience
• Confident communicator with professional presence
• Advanced Excel
• Self-starter who brings order, clarity, and accountability
