Manage claims for all lines of coverage to include aviation liability, auto liability, property, and environmental liability. This position oversees and supervises the resolution of all claims, including moderate to high exposure claims, ensuring claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all internal policies, state/federal regulations, and industry best practices. Additionally, the role provides claims support to Fixed Base Operations, Director of Risk & Safety, and Regional Risk by coordinating established risk management claims processes and policies, including initial claim investigation, reserve determination, follow‑up with FBOs and Regional Risk to move claims to closure, developing subrogation and third‑party recovery strategies, and preparing loss‑trending reports for the parent company, senior management, and FBO operations.
In addition to the above, the role will be located in Plano, TX with an in‑office expectation Monday to Thursday (four‑day week).

- Consistently representing Atlantic in a positive and professional manner.
- Complying with corporate policies and procedures.
- Interacting with other Atlantic employees, customers, vendors and managers in a courteous, approachable, professional, and genuine manner.
- Communicating work progress and significant issues to the Director of Risk & Safety.
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, business/economics, engineering, or a related field.
- Established track record in consulting, revenue management, FP&A, business intelligence, or a similar field.
- Demonstrated analytical skills (e.g., SQL, R, Python, Excel) to synthesize clear insights using other visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Comfortable presenting simplified data‑based output in group settings on a regular (weekly) basis.
- Detail‑oriented, reliable, and self‑directed.
