Electrical Superintendent - Commercial

Build upon your career by becoming a part of the CESG team. We have an immediate opportunity for a full-time Superintendent in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. If you have 5+ years of Superintendent experience with commercial electrical projects (multistory-buildings, healthcare, multifamily and/or higher learning facilities) we invite you to apply.

As Electrical Superintendent you will manage your assigned projects and work with the Project Manager to prepare project plans on your assigned project to meet customer expectations and project objectives.

Promote safety and holding others accountable to keep the team, clients and vendors safe always

Manage all aspects of the project, including reading blueprints and preparing take-offs

Assist in estimating job costs (material and labor) associated with change orders

Review project proposal or plan to determine scheduling, procedures for accomplishing project and staffing requirements

Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project

Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget

Provide and review project status reports and modify schedules or plans as needed

Provide technical advice to project team to avoid and resolve issues

Coordinates project activities with governing agencies as needed

Conducts site walkthroughs to ensure progress and quality of work

High school diploma or GED

5+ years of Electrical Superintendent experience on commercial projects

Licensed as a Journeyman or Master Electrician in the State of Texas
