Corpcare Services Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Lead Cleaner to join our team at Toyota North America. This in-person position requires a motivated and experienced leader who can oversee cleaning staff, maintain high-quality standards, and support special projects as needed. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, teachable, adaptable, and capable of leading a diverse team with confidence and professionalism.

• Supervise and guide midday cleaning staff, ensuring all tasks meet Toyotas high standards.
• Provide hands-on training and support to team members to improve efficiency and quality.
• Serve as a point of contact between management and cleaning staff, effectively communicating in both English and Spanish.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, cleaning procedures, and company policies.
• Perform regular inspections of assigned areas to maintain cleanliness and address any issues.
• Handle special cleaning projects as assigned, which may include deep cleaning, event setups, or emergency response tasks.
• Assist with scheduling, task delegation, and reporting any staffing or performance concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure proper usage and storage.
• Work closely with the management team to provide feedback, identify improvement areas, and support company initiatives.

• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Experience in a leadership role within cleaning, janitorial, or facility services.
• Ability to train, motivate, and lead a diverse team effectively.
• Highly adaptable and teachable, with a willingness to learn new skills and processes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle special projects as needed.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance with all company and client standards.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties and lift up to 50 lbs if necessary.
• Flexibility to adjust to operational needs, including potential shift adjustments for special projects.
