Part-Time Janitoral Worker

We’re seeking a dependable Janitor to help maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized facility. This role is responsible for daily cleaning tasks, supporting office moves, and assisting with general building maintenance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Perform routine cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom upkeep, trash removal, and restocking supplies.
• Receive, unpack, and organize incoming supplies.
• Help with internal office moves, including dismantling and assembling office cubicles.
• Support general building maintenance needs such as building start‑up tasks, minor electrical and plumbing work, light replacements, interior and exterior clean‑up, and recycling efforts.
• Help maintain an orderly, efficient, and safe work environment.

• Experience in cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic maintenance skills.
• Understanding of chemical usage for cleaning.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

• General experience with industrial equipment and ability to perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Knowledge of basic manual work techniques.
• Good attendance and positive attitude.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1‑2 years of related experience required.

The position is based in a corporate environment during an evening shift, from Monday to Friday, 5 pm to 10 pm, with a minimum of 25 hours per week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plano, TX.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 – $18.00/hr.
