We have a Porter/Groundskeeper position at our Management Support property with 408 apartment units.

Our hourly pay rate is $16 - $18 per hour. The full‑time work schedule is 40 hours per week. Please review our corporate website  and the property website.

• Lift and carry 30 lb up stairs
• Grounds care: pick‑up trash
• Work under direction of Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager
• Bilingual in any language is a plus
• Understand company policies

Payroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee) to your checking account. Employee benefits available include:
