We're seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Floor Technician to join our team! Your role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and guests. This position requires reliability, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced setting.

• Maintain Cleanliness:
  Clean assigned areas such as bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces through mopping, scrubbing, buffing, polishing, dusting, and disinfecting
• Restock Supplies:
  Replenish paper products, soap, and other essential items as needed
• Engage with Others:
  Interact respectfully and professionally with residents, staff, and visitors to foster a welcoming environment

• Cares deeply about the well‑being of elderly and disabled individuals
• Follows the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities
• Is dependable, detail‑oriented, and works well independently or as part of a team
• Manages time effectively and can handle a variety of cleaning tasks each day
