In-House Litigation Attorney

Epic is seeking an exceptional litigator and counselor to join our legal team in Madison, WI. This role requires relocation assistance and will be based at our Madison campus.

You’ll help Epic navigate legal risks as it expands its offerings, manage litigation and regulatory matters, and counsel Epic on evolving industry competition. Your responsibilities will grow rapidly as your experience expands.

• 3-7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Meticulous attention to detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Relocation to Madison, WI is necessary and fully reimbursed.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.
