Insurance Customer Service Representative Kristie Barrett Allstate Agency – Full Time
We are looking for a licensed and motivated Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our Allstate agency team! If you’re someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking for a long-term career with growth potential, we want to hear from you.
Hourly Base Pay + Commission + Bonuses | Average Total Compensation: $35K–$60K+ annually

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to maintain strong client relationships Handle policy changes, billing inquiries, and customer account updates Process Evidence of Insurance and policy documents Assist with cross-selling opportunities and referrals for additional products Meet individual and agency performance goals Identify opportunities for financial services and refer to appropriate team members
Requirements
Active Property & Casualty license (required) Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Prior insurance experience required Strong communication and problem-solving skills Coachable, dependable, and results-driven Positive and professional attitude
