Key Responsibilities
Conduct on-site inspections to assess residential property damage from wind, hail, fire, and other covered perils
Document findings through detailed reports and high-quality photos
Prepare accurate damage estimates using Xactimate or Symbility
Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier representatives
Manage claims from assignment through completion while meeting carrier guidelines and deadlines
Qualifications
Active Texas adjuster license
Proficiency with Xactimate or Symbility
Access to a reliable vehicle, ladder, laptop, and standard adjusting tools
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
Availability to promptly accept assignments and meet required timelines
