Must Have Technical/Functional Skills- Deep knowledge Maintain and Support the Mainframe Network System Programmer and administration
- Installing and configuration Network in system side and fine-tuning Mainframe Environments with debugging and problem analysis
- RGS to be created.
- VTAM configuration (APPN, PU/LU definitions)
- TCP/IP customization (PROFILE, PORT, Policy Agent)
- OSA configuration and tuning
- Enterprise Extender (EE) support
- Sysplex Distributor configuration
- Network packet tracing & debugging (IPTRACE, NETSTAT)
- Knowledge of SNA, TN3270, TCPIP stacks
- Experience working with the Network system side of Mainframe environments in a parallel sysplex environment.
- Be able to use TSO/ISPF sufficiently.
- Be knowledgeable in z/OS Communication Server SNA and TCP/IP
-multiple LPAR environments. - Security knowledge
-Policy Agent knowledge
-Encryption knowledge.
