Business Systems Analyst III

** Responsibilities:
*** Provide user support, Functional & Technical administration for Ivalua Source-to-Pay (S2P) solution
* Support new ETL & API implementation efforts by assessing current configurations and identifying gaps
* Assist peers with system development
* Troubleshoot & resolve technical and functional issues
* Business Event Monitoring of customer production environments
* Performing root cause analysis of defects and elimination/reduction of defects
* Manage customer expectations in a way that results in high customer satisfaction
* Facilitate appropriate Business Area /

** Qualifications You Must Have:
*** Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
* 4+ years of experience in business analyst systems, or a related field.
* Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of related experience is required.
* Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
* Solid Experience in developing and troubleshooting MSSQL
* Knowledge of data integrity and management
* Intermediate/advanced experience in API configuration and maintenance
* Experience implementing / applying current cyber-security standards
* Intermediate/advanced knowledge of ETL
* Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp technology solutions and concepts
* Experience in supporting a multi environment SaaS solution
* Proficient in communicating with all aspects of the organization, including leading in cross-functional efforts
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding internal and external user expectations
* Adhere to best practices in code and configuration management
* Ability to foster a good working relationship with peer system admins, developers, users and project managers
* Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
* Ability to conceptualize business workflows and design within system workflows
* Proven experience in creating and supporting Python for data management, API calls, and language models
** Qualifications We Prefer:
*** 2-4 years of system admin experience for a Procure-to-Pay system (Ivalua, Coupa, Ariba, etc)
* Minimum of level 2 certification
* Supply Chain background and experience
* Experience working in Gov Cloud environment
* Familiarity with project management methodologies.

* Ability to work on a computer for majority of the work shift.
* Hand/finger dexterity for computer tasks.
* Ability to travel as required.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $94,345.12 - $. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
