The puropse of this role is to customize product based on their requirements, define and automate business configurations, ensure proper configurations are done along with effective integration of small to medium non-complex components of the project module, adhering to client specifications as per client requirements adhering to best practices and provide solutions including design, coding and testing as required for the customization and integration with the external systems.

• Assisting in creating configuration / Integration documentations about client specific applications with detailed solution design.
• Assist in creating application context diagram and/or specific Architecture diagram.
• Provide inputs for Solution definition involving creating and refining the processes and tools necessary for customers to customize products according to their preferences.
• Follow product standards, quality assurance norms and guidelines.
• Participate in deployment activities to oversee seamless functioning of the product including the integration touch points works cohesively when deployed.
• Develop reusable components;
  Create product KT document for the customer.
• Create detailed design document/technical specifications including both Configuration and Integral aspects, for select projects.
• Follow product standards for both configuration and Integration, quality assurance norms and guidelines.
• Play a crucial role in testing and quality assurance, validating that implemented feature meets the product specifications.
