Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Selenium Java testing to lead and enhance automated test frameworks within an SDET role

Job Description

Design develop and maintain robust automated test scripts and frameworks using Selenium Web Driver with Java Collaborate with cross functional teams including developers QA and product owners to understand requirements and translate them into effective test cases Analyze test results identify defects and ensure timely reporting to maintain high software quality Participate in test planning estimation and continuous improvement of test automation processes and frameworks Stay updated with the latest trends tools and best practices in Javabased test automation and Selenium Ensure integration of automated tests into CICD pipelines to enable seamless build test and deployment workflows Advocate for quality by reviewing functional requirements and providing input on testability and potential risks

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of automated test suites for functional regression and performance testing Mentor and guide junior QA and automation engineers on Selenium Java testing best practices and automation strategies Collaborate closely with developers and QA teams to identify critical test scenarios and ensure comprehensive test coverage Troubleshoot debug and maintain automation scripts to resolve issues promptly and improve reliability Monitor and report on test execution status defects and automation metrics to stakeholders Continuously evaluate and introduce new tools frameworks and methodologies to enhance test automation efficiency and effectiveness Ensure compliance with quality standards and contribute to process improvements within the testing lifecycle
