We are seeking an experienced IT Solution Architect with deep expertise in SAP HCM and SAP Success Factors to support enterprise Human Capital Management and Talent Management applications.
This role partners closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to design, build, test, deploy, and support scalable HCM solutions across Learning, Performance, Compensation, and Recruitment platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth and the ability to translate complex business requirements into sustainable system designs.
Key Responsibilities- Translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP HCM/Success Factors solution designs
- Lead requirements gathering and develop detailed functional specifications
- Design, build, test, deploy, and support HCM technology solutions
- Develop and execute unit, functional, integration, and UAT testing plans
- Manage user roles, security controls, and SOX compliance documentation
- Lead process analysis and system enhancements aligned with business strategy
- Manage projects end-to-end following SDLC methodology
- Provide ongoing application support and incident resolution
- Collaborate with vendors and offshore/onshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Ensure alignment with cybersecurity standards and enterprise architecture principles
- 7+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP HCM / SAP Success Factors, including:
- Employee Central
- Learning
- Performance & Goal Management
- Recruitment
- Compensation
- SAP HCM integration
- Experience integrating third‑party learning and recruiting tools (Linked In, Indeed, etc.)
- Strong background in process analysis, consulting, and multi‑team project delivery
- Proven ability to support HCM planning and execution KPIs
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
