This job posting is for an existing, active vacancy, looking for an experienced candidate to orchestrate the entire software release lifecycle—from planning and development to testing and deployment—ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Production Deployment & Support
- Lead production deployments, including blue‑green, canary, or rolling strategies where applicable
- Own deployment monitoring, incident triage, rollback, and RCA
- Work closely with operations teams during hyper‑care and warranty periods (may be minimal at this time till product / app gets launched)
- Track and report Dev Ops and release metrics (deployment frequency, change failure rate, lead time, MTTR)
- Identify bottlenecks and risks in the release process and drive remediation
- Contribute to Dev Ops transformation roadmaps and maturity assessments
Required Skills & Experience
Core Experience
- 8–12+ years of overall IT experience with strong focus on Release, Deployment, and Dev Ops
- Proven experience leading enterprise‑scale releases across multiple applications
- Hands‑on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Dev Ops & CI CD
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD concepts: continuous integration, continuous delivery, and deployment
- Experience with build and deployment automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Azure Dev Ops or equivalent)
- Familiarity with source control, branching strategies, and artifact management
- Experience supporting cloud or hybrid environments
- Understanding of infrastructure automation and environment orchestration is a plus
Release Governance & Agile
- Strong understanding of Agile, Dev Ops, and ITIL‑aligned release practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with frequent releases
Fulltime: The pay range for this role is $130,000 – $145,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Contract: Pay range of $70 to $85 per hour.
