ERP Migration Project Manager

Delasco is seeking an experienced ERP Migration Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of a company-wide ERP transformation. This role is critical to ensuring a successful migration by driving project execution, cross-functional collaboration, and change management across the organization.

You’ll partner closely with executive leadership, department heads, technical teams, and external vendors to deliver a scalable ERP solution that supports Delasco’s operational and strategic goals. This position requires a strong on-site presence at our Plano, TX headquarters to enable hands-on leadership and real-time decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of ERP migration projects, from discovery and requirements gathering through go-live and post-production support
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ERP vendors, and implementation partners
• Identify project risks, technical challenges, and organizational bottlenecks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies
• Drive change management initiatives, including communications, training, and go-live readiness
• Oversee data migration planning, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Manage and coordinate third-party system integrations related to the ERP platform
• Track project performance and provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting
• Ensure ERP solutions align with business processes, internal controls, and compliance requirements
• Lead post-implementation reviews and recommend continuous improvement opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
• 7+ years of project management experience, including successful ERP migrations in a lead role
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale system implementations
• Experience working directly with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
• Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-wide ERP implementations
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach
• Ability to balance technical understanding with business process needs
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or similar project management certification
