As a Jr. Control Room Operator
, you will manage job status, monitor releases, and handle real‑time communication and escalations. 1‑2 years of experience required.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication to ensure clear and effective communications.
• Multitasking and time management. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑pace environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Office (Projects, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience hosting and coordinating web‑based meetings, status calls, and coordination channels to facilitate seamless coordination among multiple teams.
• Prepare and maintain standard operating procedures with instructional materials.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to make suggestions to improve operational efficiency.
• Experience in testing (manual/automation).
• Experience in release management process.
• Hands‑on experience in JIRA and Horizon tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodology.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Outlook, and communication tools.
• Detailed investigation on defects and issues.

Preferred

Skills:

• Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in a control room operations environment.
• Knowledge and exposure to the entire SDLC from requirements to production support.
• Experience in automation to improve operational efficiency by streamlining tasks and reducing manual intervention.
• Knowledge of Oracle and/or SAP.
• Experience with change management tools.

Pay Range and Benefits:

Pay Range: $20/hr to $21/hr pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
