Senior Node.js Developer with Angular & AWS

Infosys is seeking a Senior Node.js Developer with Angular & AWS experience. The position will primarily provide solutions on Dealer Digital systems / Automotive domain processes as per customer's requirements. The selected candidate will be able to lead requirements elicitation, create an Application Architecture Document (AAD), design artifacts, review team deliverables, deliver high‑quality code, support deployment and post‑deployment activities, support transition activities, interface with internal teams and key stakeholders, and analyze and resolve issues to ensure high‑quality deliverables at each stage of the SDLC within the defined guidelines, policies and norms.

Requisition  

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 4 years’ experience with Information Technology.

• Excellent in designing and writing code supporting a serverless framework using Node.js.

  Plano, TX. This position requires travel and/or relocation to project/client locations.

• At least 2 years’ experience leading application development teams (minimum 6‑8 members) for AWS target environments (Web/Mobile/Desktop applications).
• Experience working in a microservices architecture.
• Demonstrated in‑depth knowledge of Node.js and its APIs (e.g., File System, Clusters, Console, OS).
• Ability to develop, integrate, and test REST APIs and design Swagger documentation.
• Ability to write complex queries in relational databases (Postgre
  
  SQL, SQL Server).
• Experience with Agile or other rapid application development methods.
• Solid understanding of No
  
  SQL databases such as Elasticsearch and Dynamo
  
  DB.
• Experience with AWS developer tools, SDK, CLI, VPC, EC2, EBS, S3, ELB, Auto Scaling, Elastic Beanstalk, IAM, RDS, Route 53, Cloud Front, Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail.
• Knowledge of AWS EC2 instance provisioning, VPC setup, and auto‑scaling for high availability.
• Proficiency in programming with Java IDEs such as Eclipse, Net Beans, Visual Studio.
• Expertise in source control and deployment tools (Git Lab, Team Foundation Server, Jenkins).
• Experience developing frontend using Angular JS.
• Ability to integrate server‑side logic into user‑facing components created in Angular.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex solutions to technical, business, and management teams.
• Experience in a global delivery environment.
• Adaptability to modern technologies and new tools; flexible to project needs.
