Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Business Development Manager to join our team in Plano, Texas. This role is responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base within the IT services and solutions sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales, business development, and relationship management, with a proven ability to translate client needs into tailored IT solutions.

Roles And Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT services, software solutions, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and present customized IT solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Track and report on business development activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in IT business development, sales, or account management.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with enterprise clients in industries such as finance, healthcare, or manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.).
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and data analytics.
