The Access Management - Technology Management - Senior Director role provides overall direction with technology products and processes, assesses enterprise functional needs, and implements technology solutions to support the business. This role defines strategic outlook and coordinates operational activities of the unit through subordinate staff managers.

The Access Management - Technology Management - Senior Director role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care, and you will be responsible for the following:
- Apply an understanding of strategic issues of importance to determine functional technology needs of the enterprise across diverse and complex groups
- Direct the development, formulation, and implementation of new technology, coordinating simultaneous implementation programs across divisions
- Identify appropriate resources to support cross-divisional projects and new strategic initiatives
- Direct the establishment of best practices and guidelines for existing or new technologies

- Risk assessment and management, and identifying control gaps
- Strategic option identification and resource planning
- Data analysis to identify trends and inform conclusions
- Financial forecasting and monitoring with focus on ratios, equities, and debts
- Documentation and reporting using Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS
- Data visualization with Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Systems and performance consistency with requirements, design, and operation
- Programming knowledge including coding and debugging
- Communication skills in writing and verbally
- Identity and Access Management, including roles and entitlements management
- Management of large, complex IT infrastructure and applications for IT service delivery
- Product development concepts and roadmaps
- Password management software (e.g., Duo, IAG NuID, Ping Identity)
- AWS offerings, development, and networking platforms
- AWS Code Build, Code Deploy, Code Star, Code Pipeline
- Service Now for digital workflows
