Release Manager

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering defined deliverables with usually required engagement from multiple teams, such as a project or client's items.

Key responsibilities include effectively communicating the release objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end‑to‑end visibility to the health of the deliverables. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of quality and timelines. They facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery.

• Communicate release objectives effectively.
• Coordinate delivery, manage risks, and ensure compliance to standards.
• Provide end‑to‑end visibility to the health of the deliverables.
• Facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery.

• 10+ years experience as a Release Manager.
• Experience as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer is desirable.
• Tableau reporting skills would be a plus.
• Knowledge of release/deployment components.
• Understanding of risks and ability to apply necessary controls to mitigate.
• Facilitate team planning ceremonies against release milestones.
• Ability to answer team Agile/Waterfall framework questions.
• Ability to understand the big picture and connect all details.

• 10+ years experience as a Release Manager.
• Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer experience is desirable.
