Plano, TX / Remote
Hybrid: 3 days onsite if based in Dallas
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Infor Workbrain / Infor WFM Developer to support ongoing development, enhancements, integrations, and configuration within the Workbrain platform. This role requires strong technical expertise, practical implementation experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and enhance Infor Workbrain (WFM) modules including Time & Attendance, Scheduling, LFSO, Budgeting, and Clock integrations.
- Configure and customize pay rules, validations, entitlements, accruals, and compliance rules.
- Build custom forms and workflows using Form Builder and Workflow Editor.
- Design and develop integrations such as HR imports, exports, and mapping definitions.
- Support upgrades and on-premises implementations including customizations and environment understanding.
- Work within Linux/Windows environments and application servers such as Web Logic.
- Develop reports using IBM Cognos or similar reporting tools.
- Utilize Java/J2EE technologies including Core Java, JDBC, Servlets, Spring, Hibernate, and APIs for Workbrain extensions.
- Write and optimize Oracle SQL queries, procedures, and triggers.
- Use SVN, Git, and Jenkins for source control and CI/CD activities.
- Collaborate within Agile teams using JIRA.
- Troubleshoot production issues and partner with stakeholders to improve processes.
- Document key technical and functional processes.
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Infor Workbrain / Infor WFM.
- Experience with USA and Puerto Rico labor and time compliance concepts.
- Strong Java/J2EE development experience.
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience supporting modernization or cloud initiatives.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and production support best practices.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline improvements.
