We are actively looking for an experienced Salesforce Product Manager to join a high-impact team in the Dallas/Plano area. This is a hybrid opportunity with a strong focus on driving Salesforce platform strategy and delivering business value.
Key Responsibilities- Define and manage Salesforce product roadmap aligned with business goals
- Gather and translate business requirements into clear user stories
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and QA teams
- Drive Agile ceremonies and manage backlog prioritization
- Ensure successful delivery of Salesforce enhancements and integrations
- Partner with business stakeholders to optimize Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud capabilities
- Monitor KPIs and continuously improve platform performance
- 8+ years of overall experience with 3+ years in Salesforce Product Management
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud preferred)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
