Location: Plano, TX (Onsite/Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Month contract

We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM Administrator to manage, support, and optimize the Informatica MDM platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administration, configuration, performance tuning, and ensuring high availability of the MDM ecosystem in a large enterprise environment.

• Install, configure, and administer Informatica MDM Hub environments.
• Manage user roles, access controls, and security configurations.
• Monitor system performance and ensure platform stability.
• Handle environment setup across Dev, QA, and Production.

• Provide L2/L3 production support for MDM applications.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and migration activities.
• Troubleshoot data, workflow, and infrastructure issues.
• Monitor batch jobs, workflows, and data loads.

• Analyze and improve MDM performance and data processing.
• Conduct capacity planning and tuning of database and application servers.
• Implement automation and best practices for operational efficiency.

• Support integrations with upstream/downstream systems.
• Work with ETL teams to manage data ingestion processes.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across domains.

• Work closely with data governance, ETL, and business teams.
• Support release management and deployment activities.
• Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

• 9 to 10+ years of experience in Informatica MDM Administration
• Strong experience with:
  • Informatica MDM Hub
  • Active
    
    VOS / Workflow Engine
  • Informatica Data Director (IDD)
  • Application Server configuration
• Experience with:
  • Oracle / SQL Server databases
  • Linux/Unix environments
  • Performance tuning and monitoring tools
• Knowledge of ETL tools (Informatica Power Center preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Experience in CPG / Retail industry environments.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks.
• Experience in cloud deployments (Azure/AWS).
• Informatica certifications are a plus.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
