Business Analyst

Overview

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX
. Candidate must have strong expertise in managing end-to-end application flows to translate complex business needs into development-ready features.

Rate Range: $37/hour to $49/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Leading stakeholder engagement efforts to gather, validate, and prioritize detailed business requirements.
• Driving end-to-end analysis of application workflows to ensure process alignment and solution accuracy.
• Creating comprehensive test plans and supporting UAT execution while troubleshooting defects across systems.
• Facilitating cross-functional collaboration to resolve dependencies and define clear business rules.
• Supporting Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to guide delivery.
• Conducting impact assessments and identifying opportunities for process optimization and product enhancement.

• Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
• 8–11 years of relevant experience.
• Candidate must have strong capability in managing multiple business processes and applications.
• Candidate must have proven expertise in developing test plans, executing UAT, and troubleshooting defects.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $49.00 per hour
