• 7+ years in Dev Ops, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or System Engineering roles
• Experience in strategic planning and aligning Dev Ops initiatives with business goals.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
• Advanced certifications in Dev Ops, Cloud technologies, or Kubernetes.
• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for on-prem and cloud platforms using industry-leading tools.
• Automate Dev Ops workflows across all phases of the delivery pipeline.
• Collaborate with Scrum teams to deploy and operate microservices-based applications in multiple environments, including production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across on-prem and hybrid cloud environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Use monitoring tools to detect, diagnose, and resolve system events and alarms, focusing on eliminating recurring issues.
• Provide timely and informative follow-up on incident tickets and ensure SLA compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes, leveraging Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and immutable infrastructure principles.
• Implement Dev Sec Ops  best practices, including vulnerability scanning and compliance frameworks
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of automation and continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• CI/CD Tools:
  Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops, Git Lab CI.
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Infrastructure as Code:
  Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet.
• Containerization & Orchestration:
  Docker, Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE).
• Monitoring & Observability:
  Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stacks.
• Programming/Scripting:
  Python, Shell, Go.
• Security & Compliance:
  Dev Sec Ops  practices, vulnerability scanning, SOX compliance

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
