- Process and fulfill data subject rights requests (access, deletion, correction, appeal, etc)
- Conduct analysis of identity verification criteria and ensure proper authorization for all requestors
- Coordinate with internal data owners, IT teams, and business units to locate, compile, and securely deliver required data
- Document all actions in accordance with regulatory, audit and internal governance requirements
- Maintain accurate records and support reporting for compliance and audit functions
- Assist with intake, triage, and categorization of privacy and security incidents
- Gather and document evidence, timelines, and system information as part of incident investigations
- Support root-cause analysis, remediation tracking, and incident closure activities
- Assist with preparation of regulatory notifications and internal reporting as needed
- Follow established escalation paths and confidentiality protocols
- 3-5+ years of experience in data privacy, cybersecurity operations, compliance, or information governance
- Experience working in a financial institution or similarly regulated industry
- Hands-on experience processing DSR/privacy requests
- Extensive knowledge of One Trust DSR module
- Working knowledge of privacy regulations and incident response frameworks
- Strong Analytical and documentation skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
