• Proactively identify server performance improvements, devise upgrade plans, and execute those plans in a timely manner
• Manage, evolve, build CI/CD pipeline
• Maintain, support and build out infrastructure and servers currently operating on Azure, other providers
• Creatively solve technical issues. You do not need to know everything but you need to know how to find the solution.
• Deliver solutions in a complex environment including fixed wireline networking, wireless, with distributed systems and applications
• Assist in building world‑class, multi‑cloud capable, state‑of‑the‑art products by:
  • Automating build processes
  • Incorporating static code quality tools
  • Helping identify code promotion qualities
  • Including A/B, Canary, Blue/Green deployment patterns
  • Building highly resilient cloud eco-systems capable of high availibility and scale
  • Shipping to Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • With Docker containers, Kubernetes as an orchestrator, or as full VMs with base images

• Experience with public cloud environments (AWS or Azure) is Required
• Good understanding of load balancers, DNS, and firewalls in cloud environment
• Infrastructure automation by using Cloud Formation, Azure RM Templates, etc
• Database experience using Postgres, MySQL, and/or No
  
  SQL
• Web Services experience with Apache, Nginx, and RESTful APIs
• Strong hands‑on coding experience with Python is Required
• Stark attention to detail and situational awareness
• Strong understanding of Linux CLI
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• CI/CD experience is required
• Queueing experience such as Active
  
  MQ, Rabbit
  
  MQ, Kafka, or equivalent is Required
• Experience with containerization (Docker and/or Kubernetes) is Required
• Ansible, Jenkins, Salt Stack, Rundeck, or equivalent is desired
• Experience working in a ISO
  27001 or PCI compliant environment is desired
