Reporting to the Director of Global Belonging, this role blends operational excellence with opportunities for strategic contribution. The GCB Specialist will leverage project management, research, learning, facilitation, and program support skills to advance a broad portfolio of global initiatives.

Source, analyze, and interpret people and program data to surface trends, insights, and gaps that inform strategy, programming, and intervention
Support external awards, surveys, and index submission processes with accuracy, rigor, and attention to narrative consistency
Assist in expanding and maintaining Autodesk’s global Self-Identification program in partnership with internal stakeholders
In partnership with the Director, VP of Global Culture & Belonging, and broader GCB team, support an events framework that elevates GCB presence at internal conferences and moments that matter
Collaborate with Employee Belonging Group leaders and stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure alignment, inclusion, and shared ownership
Provide operational support for external partnerships, including research for grants and government workforce development opportunities and leading RFP response processes
Support senior team members in planning, executing, and facilitating workshops, events, and divisional offsites as requested by the business
Help shape and drive an inclusive innovation strategy that expands participation in innovation across the workforce and builds accessibility and inclusive design capability among business and technology leaders
4+ years of experience in Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging; organizational culture; learning & development; talent development; HR generalist roles; inclusive product design; employee resource groups; or related fields
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to execute tactical deliverables efficiently while managing competing priorities
Experience supporting or managing programs within a global or matrixed organization
Exposure to scaling culture or belonging strategies and initiatives
