Technical Agile Coach

Duration:
12+ Months
Experience Technical Agile Coach with strong expertise in Agile transformation, Generative AI (GenAI) enablement, and advanced Jira administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile transformation initiatives across engineering, data, and product teams.
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and technical teams on Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and Dev Ops best practices.
- Design and implement GenAI use cases (e.g., sprint planning automation, backlog refinement support, test case generation, documentation automation).
- Optimize and administer Jira workflows, dashboards, automations, and reporting structures.
- Integrate Jira with Dev Ops and CI/CD tools for end-to-end visibility and traceability.
- Promote AI-assisted engineering practices while ensuring governance, compliance, and ethical AI usage.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Agile coaching or Agile program leadership.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Jira configuration, administration, and automation.
- Experience implementing GenAI tools (e.g., AI copilots, LLM‑based workflow automation).
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, Kanban).
- Experience working with Dev Ops pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).
