Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Data Scientists to design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics and machine learning solutions that drive data‑driven decision‑making.

This role requires strong expertise in Python, R, SQL, statistical modeling, and machine learning frameworks
, along with the ability to translate complex insights into actionable business strategies.

Core Responsibilities Data Collection & Preparation
  • Gather structured and unstructured data from multiple internal and external sources.
  • Perform data cleaning, transformation, and preprocessing to ensure high data quality.
  • Build scalable data pipelines to support modeling and analytics initiatives.
Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
  • Analyze datasets to identify patterns, correlations, and trends.
  • Develop hypotheses and validate findings using statistical techniques.
Modeling & Machine Learning
  • Design, build, and deploy predictive models for classification, regression, clustering, and optimization tasks.
  • Apply machine learning algorithms using libraries such as Scikit‑learn, Tensor Flow, or PyTorch.
  • Evaluate model performance and tune hyperparameters for improved accuracy.
Visualization & Reporting
  • Create dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Present findings to business stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Collaboration & Strategy
  • Work closely with business leaders and cross‑functional teams to define analytical use cases.
  • Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and data science solutions.
Model Maintenance & Governance
  • Test, validate, and monitor models in production environments.
  • Update models to maintain accuracy and relevance over time.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • 8‑10+ years of experience in Data Science or Advanced Analytics.
  • Strong programming proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra.
  • Hands‑on experience with machine learning frameworks such as:
    • Scikit‑learn
    • Tensor Flow
    • Py Torch
  • Experience in data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical insights into business strategies.
