Seeking a Level 3 Arista SD-WAN (Velo Cloud) Engineer to support, troubleshoot, and optimize a large-scale enterprise SD-WAN environment. This role acts as the final escalation point for complex network issues and partners with architecture, security, ISPs, and vendors.

• Tier-3 escalation for Arista SD-WAN (Velo Cloud) incidents
• Advanced troubleshooting of latency, jitter, packet loss, brownouts
• Configure and optimize Velo Cloud Edges, Gateways, and Orchestrator
• Design and tune business policies, QoS, and traffic steering
• Troubleshoot BGP, static routing, MPLS, DIA, LTE/5G
• SaaS and cloud optimization (O365, Azure, AWS)
• Work with VMware TAC and ISP/carrier providers
• Lead SD‑WAN changes, upgrades, and stability initiatives
• Create runbooks, SOPs, and root‑cause documentation

• 5+ years enterprise networking experience
• 3+ years hands‑on Arista SD‑WAN (Velo Cloud)
• Strong BGP and WAN routing expertise
• Experience with multi‑site SD‑WAN deployments (100+ sites)
• Advanced network troubleshooting and packet analysis
• ITIL incident/change management experience

• VMware VCP‑NV or SD‑WAN certification
• Firewall integration (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco)
• Retail, financial services, or MSP environments
• Cloud networking exposure (Azure/AWS)

Experience:

8-10 Years.

Expected compensation range: $80,000 to $158,000, depending on location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Eligible for Wipro's standard benefits, including medical and dental options, disability insurance, paid time off, and other leave options.
