Lead Consultant – Genesys - IVR
Duration:
Permanent Hire / Full Time
We are hiring a Lead Consultant for Genesys IVR solutions with our direct client. The role requires extensive experience in business process consulting, Genesys call routing, custom IVR applications, and project management.
Preferred Qualifications- At least 5 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes
- At least 4 years of experience with Genesys 8.x version for call routing and reporting purposes
- Experience working on Java/Web Sphere based custom application for IVR
- At least 2 years of experience in Development/Configuration/Solutions evaluation/Validation and deployment
- Analytical and Communication skills
- Project and talent management experience
- Experience with project management
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.
- At least 7 years of experience with IT Development
