Roles and Responsibilities:

This job is responsible for supporting critical Deposits Midrange applications to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that application services and batch flows are functioning as designed, address batch or customer issues and find improvement opportunities. Analyze production issues, restore batch abends and create adhoc data reports as requested by Line of Business. Job expectations include a strong knowledge of Datastage/ETL, Java based applications, scripting languages such as Shell script, SQL and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, scheduling tools such as Autosys.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Microsoft Office, One Note
• Ability to troubleshoot network related issues using Net Scout or other related tools.
• Experience supporting .NET applications (familiar with Debugging, etc.)
• Experience with MQ messaging, Working knowledge of FIX Protocol and connectivity.
• Experience with Oracle, MS SQL, Sybase, Mainframe, and DB2
• Windows Server management tools, Cluster server knowledge.
• ITIL Certification
