We are seeking a Senior Data Quality Analyst with strong experience in insurance data, Lloyd’s bordereaux, and financial validation to join LimeIQ’s Product & Engineering team.

This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and regulatory integrity of claims and premium data flowing through our platform. You will validate complex transformation logic, reconcile bordereaux outputs, and verify that system behavior aligns with Lloyd’s market requirements and client reporting standards.

This is a hands‑on, detail‑oriented role suited for professionals who understand that data quality in insurance is not optional—it is foundational to underwriting, reserving, and compliance.

You will work closely with product managers, software engineers, and data engineers to prevent defects, surface inconsistencies early, and continuously improve data governance and validation frameworks.

This position is based in LimeIQ’s Plano, TX Headquarters.

• Design, document, and execute test plans for insurance data platforms and web applications
• Validate claims and premium bordereaux (BDX) ingestion, transformation, and reconciliation processes
• Perform detailed data validation against Lloyd’s reporting standards and client specifications
• Verify financial calculations including reserves, paid, incurred, outstanding, and adjustments
• Reconcile source bordereaux files against transformed and aggregated outputs
• Identify, document, and track software defects, data anomalies, and validation failures
• Develop automated validation checks and anomaly detection using SQL, Python, or similar tools
• Partner with engineering teams to validate business rules and release outcomes
• Support regression, integration, and UAT testing for production deployments
• Establish repeatable QA templates and control frameworks for bordereaux processing
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and quality gate reviews
• Help define and enforce enterprise-wide data quality standards

• Experience working with Lloyd’s of London data, managing agents, or delegated authority reporting
• Strong understanding of claims and premium bordereaux structures
• Familiarity with FCP, market reporting, and compliance‑driven data workflows

• Advanced ability to reconcile large datasets and identify inconsistencies
• Strong analytical skills for detecting trends, outliers, and systemic errors
• Proven experience validating financial and actuarial‑related data

• Web application and API testing experience
• Strong SQL skills for data interrogation and reconciliation
• Experience with Postman, SQL Server, JIRA, and Confluence
• Working knowledge of Python, Power Shell, or similar scripting tools
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and validation pipelines
