• Design and Prototyping: Proficient with creating iOS designs, wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design solutions, design and develop user interface features, site animations, and special effects elements, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and aesthetic principles
• User Research and Information Architecture: Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs and behaviors, develop and organize the structure and flow of information within the product, and determine optimal layout, media, and technology based on client requirements
• Collaboration and Strategy: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI designers, developers, and product managers, to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions, contribute to the design group’s efforts to enhance digital offerings, and independently manage multiple projects
• Usability, Accessibility, and Documentation: Ensure that designs comply with usability and accessibility standards, create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, and maintain security and documentation standards, including quality and accuracy
• Continuous Improvement and Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes and analyze performance to drive future design improvements

AT&T is seeking a highly creative and detail‑oriented Senior UX Designer to join our multidisciplinary design team. In this role, you will use your advanced skills in visual and interaction design to deliver outstanding user experiences for complex iOS native applications and responsive web. You should be proficient in Figma (including components, design systems, and prototyping), with a strong understanding of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and accessibility best practices.

Familiarity with AI‑driven research tools, generative design assistants, and personalization systems. Ability to design conversational interfaces, collaborate with AI teams, and ensure ethical, accessible, and user‑centered AI experiences. Your tasks will include interpreting research findings, create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups, and ensure our products are intuitive, visually compelling, and inclusive.
