Data Center Technician

Description

These techs will be identifying abandoned hardware in the DC and coordinating their DCOM. They will get a list of potential abandoned equipment from TMO, identifying it in the DC then identifying the owner. They will then contact the owner to establish if it’s needed or can be scheduled for DECOM. They will 99% dealing with internal TMO people, but some outside customers may come into play.

These candidates need to be someone that’s a bird dog. Sniff it out if it’s abandoned, look at the equipment around them to determine if it’s active or not‑add it to the list if it is then discover it’s owner. They have to be inquisitive with solid communication and documentation.

Entry Level

This is a Contract position based out of Plano, TX.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $40.00/hr.
