Future wave Systems is seeking an experienced Account Supervisor to lead client relationships and drive the successful delivery of SEO strategy and associated projects. This role is ideal for a strong client service professional who brings digital agency experience, proven leadership skills, and a strong working knowledge of SEO strategy and execution. The Account Supervisor serves as a trusted client partner and strategic thinker—ensuring the delivery of the work is high-quality, on time, and aligned to business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Leadership & Strategy- Own day-to-day client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for assigned account(s)
- Lead client communications, status meetings/QBRs and strategic planning sessions
- Translate client business objectives into clear SEO strategies in partnership with subject matter experts
- Manage expectations, mitigate risks, and ensure high client satisfaction
- Provide oversight of SEO programs, including technical SEO, content optimization, on-page, and off-page initiatives
- Partner closely with SEO specialists to shape strategy, prioritize recommendations, and ensure alignment with client goals
- Review SEO deliverables (audits, roadmaps, reporting, recommendations) for clarity, quality, and strategic relevance
- Help clients understand SEO performance, insights, and next steps in clear, non-technical terms
- Stay informed on SEO, AIO, GEO best practices, algorithm updates, and industry trends
- Manage timelines and project scopes to ensure efficient and on-time delivery
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal team members as well as external groups
- 7-10 years of experience in client services or account management, preferably within a digital or integrated marketing agency
- 1–2 years of recent hands‑on experience working with SEO programs and teams
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including technical SEO, content strategy, and performance reporting.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and multiple work streams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing timelines
