Job description:
Monitor and maintain systems leveraging Linux, Autosys, Hadoop, Spectrum Grid, ITRS, and Dynatrace.
Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution of technical issues.
Automate recurring operational tasks and improve monitoring/alerting frameworks.
Collaborate with development teams to support application deployments and configuration changes.
Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, risk controls, and audit requirements.
Document procedures, troubleshooting steps, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24×7 support coverage.
