Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Delivery Leader – BFS who will be responsible for shaping, designing and implementing the transformation agenda for the Cognizant engagements in ADM, Cloud, Digital Engineering, QEA, by closely working with our customers and the Cognizant execution teams.

• This role demands a minimum of 20+ years of robust experience in managing greenfield application development, application modernization, cloud transformation and production support engagements.
• Leading large, distributed teams handling a portfolio size of approximately $30+ million.
• Strong experience interacting with Client Sr. Executives to drive discussions around transformation and strategy, ensuring the outcomes align with the customer's perspective. Hands‑on experience in conducting governance meetings with internal and external stakeholders is essential.
• Partner closely with our markets, SLS and other service lines to lead RFPs in defining solutions focusing on delivering key outcomes for customers. Comfortable in RFP presentations and customer walkthroughs. Actively involved in client presentations and, upon successful award, comfortable drafting the SOW and SLAs.
• Proficiency in discussing and presenting on Dev Ops, SRE, Cloud, Microservices architecture, productivity tools (such as GHCP, Codium, etc.) and GenAI.
• Strong team player: keep emotions out of work, focus on results and outcomes, guide teams in resolving conflicts, upskilling and driving innovation at the grassroots level.
• Responsible for working closely with EDLs detailing out our backlog, ML and upside revenue for the year.
• Encourage and collect all innovative ideas in our Bluebolt tool. Setup hackathon events with our customers and co‑innovate.
• Experience in the banking domain is highly recommended; certification in AWS/Microsoft Cloud Practitioner or Solution Architect is a plus.
• This role will focus on working key Cognizant initiatives such as upskilling, AI‑driven ops, GenAI adoption.

• Functional/Practice knowledge: expertise in the banking domain; understanding of project management methodology, user‑centric design, ability to generate an impactful roadmap.
• Technical prowess: deep technical expertise delivering complex mult‑service‑line greenfield development, application modernization, cloud transformation and production ops engagements to address customer needs, create proof‑of‑concept solutions as needed.
• Industry knowledge: deep knowledge of IT services/IT outsourcing globally, ability to communicate across stakeholders.
• Commercial knowledge: ability to run financials of engagement, maintain healthy OM%, provide accurate forecasts, run UPTs & analyse opportunities and qualify leads.
• Executive presence: comfortable interacting with Client Sr. Executives to drive discussions around transformation/strategy, ensuring outcomes benefit customers.
• Relationship management: strong experience engaging with Client Sr. Executives to drive discussions around transformation/strategy and deliver benefits to customers.
• Leadership experience: excellent organisational and leadership skills to build a strong strategy function and lead by example; strong project management, budgeting, talent management, and business operations skills.

• Minimum 20+ years leading Digital Engineering and Production Support engagements.
• Minimum 15+ years of complex solutioning experience with broad technical experience.
• Minimum 15+ years in assigned functional/technology area, with applicable market‑standard certifications.

Senior leadership role in project & product management, experienced in managing large global teams. Domain expertise across the banking vertical. Track record of delivering complex programs and leveraging organisational capabilities to support offers/solutions.
