Senior IT Resource Manager – Plano, TX

The role focuses on driving staffing sales, cultivating client relationships, and representing NTT DATA at industry conferences. • Generate new logo sales for staffing solutions.
• Manage customer relationships, including expansions and extensions.
• Create and deliver customer presentations using PowerPoint.
• Represent NTT DATA at industry conferences.
• Participate in contract negotiations.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in staff augmentation sales.
• Proven ability to prepare and present PowerPoint decks to C‑level clients.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the health‑care industry.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with SFDC (Salesforce) is helpful.
• Required availability Monday – Friday; travel required.

Starting pay range: $91,000 – $215,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
