Sonsoft, Inc. is a USA-based corporation specializing in Software Development, Software Consultancy, and Information Technology Enabled Services.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes.

The candidate should also have:

• At least 4+ years of development and leading experience in Oracle IDAM
• Technology expertise in Active Directory
• Involvement in all phases of SDLC and working knowledge of the waterfall model
• Experience in gathering requirements and communicating technical insight and requirements to the offshore team
• Ability to drive the offshore team to implement requirements
• Experience in performing routine policies, profile administration, identity linking, reconciliation, on-demand reports, etc.
• Migration of changes through environments, including production deployments, and support for planned new applications integrations and migrations
• Stakeholder management and coordination with different application teams
