In this key role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to define product roadmaps and ensure successful product launches that meet the needs of our customers. • Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate customer needs into product requirements and specifications.
• Work with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product feedback, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Develop clear and compelling product documentation, including user stories, feature descriptions, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and reviews, to ensure productive development cycles.
• Define metrics for success and continuously monitor product performance against business objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, providing insights and updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 9+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical products in a software environment.
• Proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and customer-centered design processes is highly desirable.

• Advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and software development processes.
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Aha!) is advantageous.
