Role: M365 Administrator
Duration:
Full Time
- Support L2/L3 tickets from end users
- Plan, Design and implement changes related to M365 services
- Work on automating redundant activities or requests
- Excellent experience on Microsoft 365 Suite as an M365 Administrator
- Great troubleshooting skills to quickly resolve issues; independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time
- Experience opening cases with Microsoft to troubleshoot escalated issues
- Experience with SharePoint app registration and Azure AD app registration
- Hands‑on experience in administering Exchange, One Drive, SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, Stream, Viva, and Office in large M365 environments
- Knowledge of SharePoint at an Architect Level; 2+ years of Microsoft Teams Administration skills
- Creating and troubleshooting Power Shell scripts to support administration and automation of M365 technologies, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Exchange, M365 groups, Azure AD, and licensing
- Hands‑on experience with the Power Platform
- Quickly adapt and react to a rapidly changing M365 environment by understanding product and services changes by Microsoft and designing an action strategy for the tenant and users
- Remain current on M365 services and capabilities, including availability, reliability, performance, operations, compliance, and security
- Experience with File Share and SharePoint Online / Teams / One Drive migrations using tools such as Share Gate and the SharePoint Migration Tool
- Document system standards to communicate and enforce standards; review M365 solutions and processes as part of tenant governance
- Worked in an Agile Scrum team and possess knowledge of Agile Scrum practices
- Great communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to visualize, articulate, and solve complex problems
- High standard of organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Willing to work after business hours to resolve critical issues
Should be capable of working in large team and should have experience on working in large environments
