We are seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Engineer to join our team full-time and onsite in Plano, TX
. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and support scalable, cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services. This role requires strong hands‑on technical expertise, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and a passion for building secure, resilient, and high‑performing voice platforms.

• Design, implement, and support cloud‑based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and core AWS services
  .
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for automated cloud resource provisioning.
• Build, deploy, and optimize applications and integrations using Python (preferred) or Java within the AWS ecosystem.
• Engineer and manage Amazon Connect environments, including IAM, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, KMS, S3, and Kinesis
  .
• Create, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/Jules
  , and manage code repositories with Git/Bitbucket
  .
• Rapidly prototype proof‑of‑concept (POC) solutions and scale them into production‑ready systems.
• Design, implement, and support RESTful APIs for contact center integrations and automation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient voice solutions
  .
• Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure engineering, automation, and data fluency
  .
• Support container orchestration and deployment within AWS cloud environments.
• Apply best practices for data security, compliance, call recording, and regulatory requirements in telephony and contact center platforms.
• Stay current with AWS certifications and emerging cloud technologies.

• Hands‑on experience with Amazon Connect in production environments.
• 5+ years of overall IT / Cloud Engineering experience
  , with 3+ years of hands‑on experience working specifically with Amazon Connect and AWS services
  .
• Strong experience with AWS cloud services and architecture
  .
• Proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code concepts.
• Experience with Python or Java development.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops practices, and version control systems
  .
• Experience with REST APIs and cloud integrations.
• Ability to work onsite in Plano, TX on a full‑time basis.

• Experience with container technologies (Docker, ECS, EKS).
• Familiarity with contact center operations and telephony platforms
  .
• AWS certifications (Associate or Professional) preferred.
