We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team in Plano, Texas. In this role, you will oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise systems and applications, ensuring they meet the needs of both business and technology stakeholders. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to provide support in a dynamic environment, especially within the financial services sector.
Responsibilities- Manage and monitor enterprise systems and applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Conduct system upgrades, configurations, and troubleshooting to maintain functionality across platforms.
- Investigate and resolve system issues, documenting root causes and implementing long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with business users and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
- Provide support for mortgage or financial systems, including platforms such as Encompass or MSP / Black Knight.
- Administer user access, permissions, and security settings to maintain compliance and data integrity.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including system procedures and user support guides.
- Participate in testing, implementation, and improvement processes for systems and applications.
- Escalate complex technical problems to specialized teams, ensuring prompt resolution and communication.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration or a similar technical role.
- At least 2 years of experience working with Encompass or Black Knight platforms.
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving issues across systems, applications, and user environments.
- Strong communication skills to effectively support both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Windows-based enterprise environments and their associated technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently or as part of a team.
- Background in mortgage, financial services, or regulated environments is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience is advantageous.
