Job Overview
NTT DATA is seeking an AEM Tech Lead to join our team in Plano, Texas, United States.
Responsibilities- Lead client discovery sessions, document solution requirements, and offer optimal solutions.
- Question requirements and proposed solutions, providing better alternatives with pros and cons.
- Assist with the architecture and configuration of development environments and deployment procedures.
- Contribute as a strong individual contributor, working within timelines and budgets to meet or exceed project success criteria.
- Collaborate effectively with multiple NTT DATA and client teams.
- Design and implement solutions leveraging AEM Sites.
- Develop digital consumer experiences based on the AEM product suite.
- Translate marketing and website needs into AEM specific recommendations and solutions.
- Leverage AEM and other state‑of‑the‑art technologies and integration patterns to solve business critical challenges.
- Work in an agile, rapid development environment.
- Drive project scope and timeline definition based on collaborative needs assessments.
- Design and improve internal development methodologies around Adobe AEM solutions.
- Propose technology solutions that enable businesses to meet or exceed their goals.
- Manage SDLC processes and associated artifacts.
- Design and code from specifications. Analyze, evaluate, test, debug, document, and implement complex software applications.
- Create and integrate content‑driven applications on top of AEM core platform and integrate with commerce solutions and search engines.
- Lead technology teams to build and maintain web applications using Adobe Experience Manager, including site architecture, custom components, workflow development, and Digital Asset Management.
- Integrate websites with web analytics tools and analyze/report on analytics data.
- Manage multiple projects in parallel and balance workloads to ensure project success.
- Contribute to presales, solutioning, and project estimation.
- 10+ years of experience developing solutions using AEM 6.x and AEM as a cloud service.
- 10+ years of experience designing, developing, and architecting OSGi and AEM custom components.
- 8+ years of development experience in Java (J2EE, APIs) and JavaScript/JQuery.
- 8+ years of experience with Dev Ops pipelines and AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
- 8+ years of experience in SPA framework development (React, Angular, Vue).
- Bachelor’s degree in software development or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Adobe Certified Master – Adobe Experience Manager Sites Architect.
- Experience implementing technical solutions for B2B/B2C websites.
- Experience with Dev Ops pipelines on AWS or Azure.
- Experience in multi‑lingual sites, translation, and content localization.
- Experience with Adobe DAM, Target, Analytics, and Campaign.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of other Adobe products (AEP, AJO, Analytics, Launch).
- Capable of leading up to two full client development teams.
- Expertise in at least one platform with proficiency in a secondary platform.
- Skilled at client communications such as status calls.
- Ability to identify potential new areas of work.
- Experience supporting pre‑sales by defining project scope and solution options.

Compensation range (remote): $111,172 – $257,344 annually. Eligible for incentive compensation based on performance.
